Refund policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Expivid sells video credits. Credits are a digital product that is delivered to your balance immediately after payment and are spent when you generate a video. This policy explains when a refund is available, how to request one, and what happens to your credits afterwards.

1. Unused credits

If you change your mind and have not spent any of the credits from a purchase, you can request a full refund of that purchase within 14 days of payment. Email gialatosyd@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include the order reference from your receipt email. Once the refund is issued, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance automatically.

2. Partly used credits

If you have already generated videos with some of the credits, we refund the unused portion at the price you paid per credit, calculated from the pack you bought. Credits that have already produced a video are not refundable, because the AI rendering has already been performed and paid for.

3. Failed or unusable renders

If a render fails, produces no video, or the job errors out, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically — no request is needed. If the credits were not returned, contact gialatosyd@gmail.com with the date and time of the attempt and we will restore them. A finished video that simply did not match your creative expectation is not a failed render, because AI output varies with the photo and prompt supplied.

4. Duplicate or accidental charges

Duplicate charges, charges you did not authorise, and accidental repeat purchases are refunded in full. Contact gialatosyd@gmail.com as soon as you notice the charge and we will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the duplicate payment.

5. Purchases made on Google Play

Credits bought inside the Android app are sold by Google Play, not directly by us. Refunds for those purchases are requested through Google Play, either in the Google Play app under your order history or at play.google.com. Google’s own refund rules and time limits apply. When Google refunds a Play purchase, the matching credits are removed from your Expivid balance automatically. If you need help with a Play refund, contact gialatosyd@gmail.com and we will assist.

6. Purchases made on this website

Credits bought on expivid.com are processed by our payment provider. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually shows the money within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing is outside our control.

7. Credits held for claiming

If you bought credits on the public credits page without signing in, those credits wait to be claimed by the email address you entered at checkout. You can request a refund of unclaimed credits at any time within 14 days of payment.

8. Credit expiry and account closure

Credits do not expire while your account remains open. If you close your account, any remaining credits are forfeited and are not refundable, so spend or request a refund of unused credits before you ask us to delete your account.

9. How to request a refund

Email gialatosyd@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout, the order reference from your receipt, the date of purchase, and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 10 business days of approval.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. If a service is faulty or not delivered as described, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the time limits set out above.
