Privacy policy

We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate and store videos, scan uploaded photos into motion prompts, manage render queues and credits, send requested completion notices, maintain the public gallery when a clip is marked public, prevent abuse, and diagnose service problems. We do not sell personal information.

Prompts and uploaded photos are sent through Lovable's AI services to Google AI models so they can create or describe video content. Account, generation and storage services are provided through Lovable Cloud. Google processes basic account data when you select Google sign-in. These providers process data to deliver the service and under their own applicable privacy terms.

Generated videos are associated with your account. Clips marked public may appear in the Expivid gallery with their title, description, tags, format and creation date. Do not upload photos or submit prompts you do not have permission to use.

We retain account data, generation records and stored videos while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. To request account and associated-content deletion, email notify@expivid.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my Expivid account.” We will verify the request before deletion. Some limited records may remain when legally required.

We use access controls, authenticated requests and restricted cloud storage to protect account data and generated content. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect access to your email account.

Expivid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and delete it.

You may choose not to upload a photo, may omit the optional notification email, and may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Rights vary by location. Contact us to make a request.
