This Privacy Policy explains how Expivid (“Expivid”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects and discloses information when you use the Expivid website, mobile application and related services available through expivid.com (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. About Expivid
Expivid provides video-related services and technology, including tools that allow users to create, upload, edit, generate, store, manage and share video and other digital content. The developer responsible for the Services is Expivid, website https://expivid.com, privacy contact gialatosyd@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Expivid, we may collect the following categories of information.
- Account information. Name or display name, email address, account login information, user ID, profile information, and subscription or account status.
- Content you provide. Photos and images, videos, text prompts, video descriptions, creative instructions, generated content, and other files you voluntarily upload. We use this to provide the features you request, including processing and generating content.
- Device and technical information. Device type and model, operating system and version, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device identifiers, language and regional settings, network information, crash reports, performance information and log information.
- Usage information. Features used, screens or pages viewed, video-generation requests, general usage activity, dates and times of activity, and error and diagnostic information.
- Purchase and subscription information. If you purchase credits or other paid features, payment information is processed by Google Play or another payment provider. Expivid does not receive or store your complete payment card number. We may receive a transaction identifier, subscription status, product purchased, purchase date, and renewal or cancellation status.
3. How we use information
We may use collected information to provide and operate Expivid; create and process videos and other content; process your prompts and uploaded content; maintain your account; store and retrieve your creations; provide customer support; process purchases; send service-related communications; improve performance and reliability; detect fraud, abuse and security threats; diagnose technical problems; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our terms and policies. We do not use your personal information for purposes incompatible with those described here unless permitted or required by applicable law.
4. AI and content processing
Some Expivid features use artificial intelligence and third-party technology providers to process user instructions, images, videos and other content. When you use an AI-powered feature, information necessary to provide that feature may be transmitted securely to the relevant technology provider. Depending on the feature, this may include text prompts, images, videos, creative instructions and technical information required to process the request. You should not upload confidential, highly sensitive or third-party personal information unless you have the right to provide it.
5. How we share information
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Expivid, including cloud hosting, database and authentication, cloud storage, AI and video-processing, analytics and crash-reporting, payment and subscription, customer-support, and security and fraud-prevention providers. These providers receive only information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal requests, to protect our rights, property or users, to investigate fraud, security incidents or abuse, and in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.
6. User-generated content
Content that you upload or create through Expivid may be stored or processed to provide the Services. You retain any rights you have in your content, subject to any separate terms that apply. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, permissions and consents to upload or process content through Expivid. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
7. Data storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Depending on the Services you use, information may be stored using third-party cloud infrastructure. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information and user content only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, complete requested transactions, meet legitimate business requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and how you use Expivid. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements.
9. Account and data deletion
If you have an Expivid account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information. To request deletion, email gialatosyd@gmail.com from the address associated with your Expivid account. Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise information associated with your account, subject to information we are legally required or permitted to retain. If the Expivid app provides an in-app account deletion option, you may also use that option.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of personal information, request information about how your information is handled, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, object to certain types of processing, and make a privacy complaint. 11. Australian privacy
If Australian privacy law applies to our handling of your personal information, we will handle that information in accordance with applicable requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy is intended to explain, in clear language, the kinds of information we collect, how we collect and use it, how it may be disclosed, how it is stored, and how individuals can exercise applicable privacy rights, including access, correction, complaints and potential overseas disclosures.
12. Overseas processing
Some service providers used to operate Expivid may process or store information outside Australia. Information may therefore be transferred to countries other than the country in which you live. We take reasonable steps to use service providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for information entrusted to them.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
The Expivid website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve performance, maintain security, and measure traffic and engagement. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings.
14. Children’s privacy
Expivid is not intended for children where use of the Services would be prohibited by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
15. Third-party services
The Services may contain integrations, links or functionality provided by third parties. Third-party services may have their own privacy policies and terms, and we encourage you to review them. This Privacy Policy does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technology, data practices, legal requirements or security practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and provide additional notice where required.

18. Google Play privacy disclosure
Expivid provides this Privacy Policy to explain how information is accessed, collected, used, shared, stored, retained and deleted in connection with the Expivid application. The information described here corresponds with the information disclosed in Expivid’s Google Play Data Safety section. Google Play requires developers to provide accurate information about their data practices and requires apps with account creation to provide users with an account and associated-data deletion mechanism.
