Frequently asked questions
How many credits does one AI video cost?
It depends on length and resolution. A 5-second Fast 360p draft costs about 0.69 credits, a 10-second HD 720p clip about 4.05 credits, and a 10-second Full HD 1080p clip about 6.08 credits. 4K costs about 12.16 credits for 10 seconds. You see the exact cost before you press Generate.
Do I need a paid plan to generate videos?
No. New accounts receive a one-off set of free starter credits — enough for one free Fast 360p draft video. When you run low, you can buy a credit pack; purchased credits never expire.
What is the difference between Fast 360p and HD 720p?
Fast 360p renders quickly and costs roughly one-third the credits of HD 720p. Use 360p for drafts and testing ideas; switch to 720p for final clips you plan to publish.
Does image-to-video cost more than text-to-video?
No. Photo uploads use the same per-second credit rate as text prompts. The scan that suggests a motion prompt is also included.
Are credits refunded if a render fails?
Failed renders do not consume credits. You only pay for clips that complete successfully and appear in your studio.
How much does a credit pack cost?
