Policy
The short version: credits you pay for never expire. Everything else you might wonder about is spelled out below. Last updated 23 September 2026.
Every credit pack bought in the Android app or on expivid.com is a one-off purchase with no time limit. The credits stay on your account until you spend them — there is no monthly reset, no dormancy fee and no deadline.
New accounts receive a small free credit balance so you can try a render before paying. Free credits also have no expiry date, but they are limited to one allocation per account and are not transferable or refundable.
If you buy on our public credits page without an account, the credits are held against the email address you paid with. Sign in with that same email to move them onto your balance. We hold unclaimed credits for 12 months from the purchase date, and we email the address on the purchase before anything lapses.
If a purchase is refunded by us or by Google Play, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance. If you have already spent them, the refund is reduced to the unused portion. Full details are in the refund policy.
One balance covers the app and the website, so a pack bought on your phone is spendable on your computer. Credits cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Deleting your Expivid account also removes any remaining credits on it, and they cannot be restored afterwards. Spend your balance or request a refund for unused credits before you ask us to close the account.
If a video fails to generate, the credits for that render are returned to your balance automatically. You are only ever charged for clips that finish.
If we ever change these terms we will publish the new version on this page and apply it only to purchases made after the change. Credits you already hold keep the terms they were bought under.
